After closely analyzing the compensation plan of Empower Network for several days we found some very cool ‘commission loopholes’.
Let’s first start with a basic understanding of how the uni-level pass up compensation plan of Empower Network works. Next, we are going to try to explain how the uni level pass-ups work in detail, and how that affects a possible team build. Are u ready?
Most people who’ve seen the vid above understand straight away, it works better when they show their friends, before they show YOU. It’s simply a ‘first come, first serve’ basis …
… but not you of course. You’re special and like to know the shortcuts to success …
What’s a team build / team co-op ?
Most companies that either use a matrix type (binary = 2x infinity matrix) or 100% uni level payplan benefit from a “team build”. What you’re trying to accomplish with a “team build” is build a (forced) matrix style of team. Usually building according to a NIL (Next-In-Line) style.
Typical teambuilds are 1*n, 2^n, 3^n, 4^n, 5^n. Aka to the Power of n = number of levels within the organisation. You’re basically injecting people that could have been frontline in your team / forcing overspill; helping your new team members feel a few bucks into their pockets, get them excited, etc. But …
2 Basic problems with any matrix Team CooP in general
Already covered these in this blogpost as well. But in short:
- you’re not inspiring lazy people to start doing something
- it’s not duplicable aka unsustainable; thus it dies eventually
Most people start a team build to make a ‘quick’ buck. While they say they want to help others earn money as well, what happens in reality is that they are not building up a team that appreciates the products they bought into (that has an affiliate-a-like opportunity attached to it), but instead a new person buys into the promise of making a lot of money on ‘auto pilot’. That’s a promise a teamleader cannot keep, and has Pyramid sales tactics all over, cause when the stream of new ‘recruits’ stops? The people on the bottom of team build feel like nothing is happened (feel scammed), quit and then your entire organisation falls apart. The founders of EN designed the compplan in such a way that everybody wins!
Empower Network: Pass Up Alert!
Still, we were having a look at it. Cause in some instances it does work with experienced leadership (as we’ve got). The picture below comes from EN Technical Knowledge base and explains a few things Dave didn’t explain in his 2 hours compensation plan training.
Scenario 1: 3x infinity teambuild?
To be break even in Empower Network — based on just ‘blog product’ sales — everybody needs 3 people front-line (your first level). That earns a profit of (2x $25) – ($25 + $19.95) = ~ $5pm. So John is in profit when he has enrolled Stan, Mary and Kim. The profit of Mary is passed up to John’s sponsor, just like Stan’s 2nd signup Martin’s profits are passed up to you. So giving away 3 or more free signups makes sense … or not?
Lara’s Empower Network ‘Superstar Syndrome’
So logically we were wondering what would happen if — for example — I would be Stan, and have enrolled superstar Lara (and she’s absolutely killing it), or start a TeamBuild at Lara’s position below Stan?
Then ALL profits on EN basic membership (the blog) would pass up to John. Ouch! I love my upline, but not THAT much Neither do I expect the same from you …
Multiple downlines / payplans
However … there’s more to take into a ‘team build algorithm . Each product in the Empower Network has a separate downline. If Tim enrolls M3, but Tim doesn’t have the upgrades M3 bought? They pass up the next in the upline who does have the upgrades. So in reality? You have no control over the downlines … unless …
There is a Work Around to fill up the ‘holes’ in the CompPlan?
Yes … inject ‘dummy’ accounts at the pass-up positions, signup family members, etc. NONE OF THAT IS ALLOWED ACCORDING TO EN’s Terms & Agreements (and will get your account banned). And in reality it wouldn’t help AT ALL, cause you have no knowledge who the superstars in your organisation will be. It might be because your ‘dummy account holder’ wanted to be break even due 100% on his/her first sale? And signs up another Lara … you really can’t have enough of her!
So do I build deep or wide?
BOTH! Once you do the calculations (and my upline has) it shows 90% of the total revenue (and thus profits due to 100% commissions) generated in your organisation? Stay in YOUR downline IF you build at least 10 wide. “So what about a teambuild that builds both?” Hehe … forced matrix >= 10^n ? I wonder why nobody has ever tried that … Seen the FaceBook Movie? They also built it virally … and we have a FREE tool that taps into 1.5 billion FaceBook users, to get you 100s of FREE signups. Much better than any teambuild.
Conclusion
Don’t think you can outsmart Dave & Dave! Empower Network is about blogging great content, sharing the love, following the audio & video e-courses to become a better more skilled version of yourself, generating more traffic, to get more visitors, that get blogs too or like to learn about how to market their business. You don’t have to worry about who signs up where. The system is designed in such a way that it sorts itself out in your favor! It’s all about learning, viral traffic AND then reap the rewards. Focus on the first and the $1,000USD a day will come to you … virally! That’s how the superstars do it …
… or follow people that have no clue what they are talking about Your choice …
