This is a question that has been on a few of my clients minds for a few months now, without a proper answer from the party they were going to do biz with, except that it would be expensive? Oh really?

5 minutes of googling results in: sendblaster.com (I know them from years ago … still market leader). Not the best usability according to the user reviews. You need the PRO version for €99.

The real challenge is not the actual software, but working with an email (SMTP) server that has a high deliverability. The answer:
