The attrition in our IC-Toolsuite team has been very high over the past few months (or retention very low) aka … people stopped paying their $25 subscription, or have quit within 30-90 days. For the same as with all other opportunities to earn money online.

I’m above average, cause I never lose money and always make more money than costs in any opportunity I’ve ever been in and still am (some for already 3 years). And there’s reason for it. That reason has a lot to do with the ‘Connect Give Share’ mindset, however not the system.

The tell-a-few teambuilder of 2013-2014 had the same problem as the Connect Give Share website. People have the wrong mindset. You cannot get money by doing nothing. It’s common sense really, but that’s what a lot of you still expect what will happen.

Some of you blame us that you didn’t have results in IC-Toolsuite (yet). And the reason most of you do not, is because you are doing it wrong. Yeah … that’s a nasty thing to say, but if you do it right? You would have had results, you would have had income, and the income earned would be bigger than the costs … a lot bigger

So let’s go over the basics.
