No … not the magazine. One of my dreams this year is having the means, the money (to be more specific) to move from my ‘studentroom’ to a penthouse. To be more exact: one with a large living room, sauna, jacuzzi (including flatscreen), large terrace with good view. Of course flat screen in the living room with 7.1 DTS surround sound set. Spacious kitchen with ‘cooking-island’, etc. And preferably close to an airport and large trainstation for international travels. And if I have to choose, I don’t the time to decorate the place myself, so it has to come ‘turnkey’. So I would only have to bring my clothes and personal stuff. That would be the start of a very good life. In fact, since I’ve already taken steps towards that goal, the journey has already started …
I don’t believe in buying property just yet, want to have to luxury of moving around from one place to the other with a period of 6-24 months. Anyway, to have a nice penthouse, one should atleast spend on rent: €2500.
