Basically the same as every other country. Create a neteller.com virtual debitcard account. Get your account approved. Fund it by bank account. And you’re ready to go! Except Neteller has stopped handing out debitcards in … India. Don’t ask me why, I didn’t invent their policy!
But … there’s always a solution!
Contact me, I’m handing out virtual debitcards, so you can get started from anywhere in the world (India for example). You can pay me with PayPal or bankwire (+3.5% transactional fee), and I will get the debitcard to you within a matter of hours. When you’re in profit, you can get your own EN VISA debit card, and then can you use that one to pay your dues and get paid.
