Being the huge computergeek I am, I was still writing all my todo notes on … paper. But I’m out of it! Paper that is. Nah :-)) that ain’t true, but been looking forever for a good way to organise my thoughts.
Brainmap tools didn’t work … too time consuming. Google Tasks didn’t work for me either. It would be a list of things, that I then have to scroll through to mark them. Was spending more time to mark them, then to complete my todo’s. What does seem to work is a simple page in Google Docs Documents. :-)) Should have tried that a whole lot earlier. Makes it easier to share with the team as well. Things that take longer to complete are scheduled in Google Calendar.
That was the last piece of the puzzle towards my “Paperless Office”:
A paperless office is a work environment in which the use of paper is eliminated or greatly reduced. This is done by converting documents and other papers into digital form. Proponents claim that “going paperless” can save money, boost productivity, save space, make documentation and information sharing easier, keep personal information more secure, and help the environment. The concept can also be extended to communications outside the office.
